Week of July 16, 2012 -
Run Miles = 23 (marathon training week 2)
Walk Miles = 3.5
Other = 2 days strength training

              1 hour barre class
              1.5 hour rugby practice
              2 hour hike in Asheville, NC
              2 hour bike ride
* Got lots of workouts in.  Still pretty frustrated because I'm not feeling 100% healthy so everything is really slow.  Way behind where I had wanted to be at this time.  However, I am working very hard to try to stay positive.  I have 14 more weeks - I can do this.  
Week of July 9, 2012 -
Run Miles = 13.5
Walk Miles = 4.5
Other = 1 hour barre class

* Not the way I wanted to start of my marathon training.  I was so pumped to have this week off and really kill it.  Too bad I got unlucky and did something horrid to my back and had to take 3 full days off and take it easy the rest.  I'm trying to look on the bright side though this is only the first week so at least I got it out of the way now.  

Week of July 2, 2012 -
Run Miles = 10
Walk Miles = 8
Other = 1 hour piloxing class

Runner's World Summer Run Streak final days! - Woohoo, I did it.  I ran all 38 days from Memorial Day until the 4th of July.   This week my mileage was super short and my eating stunk.  I was on vacation and it was 100+ every day.  I am not feeling like I gave it my best effort.  Obviously vacationing is an area I will need to work on carrying my healthy living goals over to.

Week of June 25, 2012 -
Run Miles = 15
Walk Miles = 0
Other = full day rugby tourney, hour spin class

Runner's World Summer Run Streak week 5 - This week proved a lot to me.  I was super busy, not feeling the best, and yet still lost a pound.  It showed me it is okay to step it back and relax a bit as long as you really focus on the eating healthy (which I need to be doing more of anyway).  Cannot believe I've been running for 5 straight weeks.  Wow!

Week of June 18, 2012 -
Run Miles = 32
Walk Miles = 1
Other = NA

Runner's World Summer Run Streak week 4 - check; over 30 miles again. I was impressed I was able to crank it out with 3 super busy days where I only squeezed in a mile.  However, I need to work on getting some other stuff in.  Rugby, strength training, etc.
Week of June 11, 2012 -
Run Miles = 24.5
Walk Miles = 0
Other = NA

Runner's World Summer Run Streak week 3 down.  Ugly mileage compare to last week since I  was super busy and felt crummy M-W.  Time to get back at it this week.
Week of June 4, 2012 -
Run Miles = 32.5
Walk Miles = 8
Other = hour and a half rugby practice, one day weight/resistance training

* Survived week 2 of the Runner's World Summer Run Streak.  Better than last week.  Still sore, but working my way through it.  
Week of May 28, 2012 -
Run Miles = 25
Walk Miles = 13
Other = hour and a half rugby practice

* Survived my first week of the Runner's World Summer Run Streak.  Not as good as I would have like due to feeling like death Thurs.- Sat., but better than last week and I am excited for next week.  
Week of May 21, 2012 -

Walk Miles = 9
Other = hour and a half rugby practice, rugby tourney, hour weight lifting

*Yikes, scary week.  Just couldn't get it together.  However, excited that the Runner's World Summer Run Streak starts tomorrow.
Week of May 14, 2012 -

Walk Miles = 13
Other = hour and a half rugby practice, hour weight lifting

*More rest days than I wanted this week, but obviously I needed them as it helped my speed a bit.  
Week of May 7, 2012 -
Run Miles = 31
Walk Miles = 8
Other = hour and a half rugby practice

*Even with a couple rain delays I managed my first 30 mile week in months.  They were very slow miles, about 1.5-2 minutes worse than usual, but I decided I'll try to build my distance up first and then work on picking up speed.  
Week of April 30, 2012 -
Run Miles = 29
Walk Miles = 9
Other = 4.5 mile bike ride
*First 10K, rough.  However, felt great the next day and did my first 9 miler.  Plus my miles are slowly becoming more running and less walking.  My walking is now mostly cool down and a Monday dog walk with mom. 
Week of April 23, 2012 -
Run Miles = 20.5
Walk Miles = 16.5
Other = none
*Way better than last week & first 20 mile run week in a long time.  Up to 5 miles running at a time. 
Week of April 16, 2012 -
Run Miles = 13.5
Walk Miles = 9
Other = none
*Had one 4 mile run, but rough week.  Not much exercising going on.
Week of April 9, 2012 -
Run Miles = 14
Walk Miles = 48.5
Other = 20.5 mile bike ride
*Spring Break week = no work =lots more exercise time.  Still slowly getting back to running though.  Longest run was 3 miles.
Week of April 2, 2012 -
Run Miles = 3.5
Walk Miles = 17.5
Other = none
*First week back after being on injured reserve.  Ugly, but at lease I'm moving again.
